| The transfer time from Bangkok to the pier near Trad takes around 4 hours (3 hours from Pattaya). There are also several daily flights from Bangkok to Trad. The distance from the Airport to the Ao Thammajat ferry is 15 km. The ferry crossing takes 30 - 45 minutes and the transfer from the pier to the resort another 40 minutes.
The small Thai style resort is situated at one of the most Southern bays near the national park. A picturesque sea gypsy stilt village with lots of nice sea food restaurants and shops is only a few minutes drive away. |
